No. Our HomeLink plans cover professional VPN configuration and optimization only. You can use compatible routers (we provide recommendations), or purchase hardware separately if needed.
Most setups are completed within 24–48 hours after payment and once the required technical details are provided. We guide you step by step to ensure everything is properly configured.
No. We do not log, monitor, or store your browsing activity. Your VPN runs through your own home internet connection using WireGuard, a secure and high-performance protocol designed for privacy and stability.
Yes. After completing the setup, you can travel with your configured router and securely connect your devices, including work laptops, personal laptops, tablets, and phones. Important: While many clients use this setup for remote work, it is your responsibility to comply with your employer's policies. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all corporate security systems.
Standard includes full setup, connection monitoring, and 30 days of support. Pro includes advanced performance tuning, priority support (4 hours within 90 days), and faster response times. Additional support hours can be purchased separately if needed.
After payment, our team will contact you within 24 hours to collect the necessary technical details and coordinate your setup session. Once your setup is completed, you may request support according to your selected plan. Our engineers are available Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM (EST). Weekend sessions may be arranged upon request by contacting support@travelrouter.io.
Payments are non-refundable once onboarding, provisioning, scheduling, or any configuration-related work has begun. If you need to cancel before technical work starts, please contact us as soon as possible at support@travelrouter.io. Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be reviewed in accordance with our Terms of Service. Subscription services may be canceled to stop future renewals. Cancellations do not provide refunds for fees already paid or for the current billing period, except where required by law.
