This Privacy Policy explains how Infranetworks Enterprise, LLC (“Company”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information and technical/service data when you visit TravelRouter.io, purchase travel-router/connectivity configuration services, or contact support.

The Company does not sell personal data. Information collected is used to provide, protect, and improve the Service, support customers, and comply with legal obligations.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Contact and account information (for example, name, email, phone number, as applicable).
  • Support communications (messages, tickets, and information you choose to share to resolve your case).
  • Limited transaction/payment status data (as available) for service administration.

1.2 Technical Service Data (as provided by client)

To provide technical services, the Company may collect and/or record limited technical information, including:

  • ISP (Internet Service Provider)
  • Public IP address
  • Internet speed/connectivity
  • Router model

We may also record basic case/support information (for example, support date/time, issue reported, case status) for support, security, and service improvement purposes.

1.3 Data We Do NOT Collect/Retain (as provided by client)

  • DNS logs
  • Browsing history / visited URLs
  • Precise geolocation

A public IP address may reflect an approximate location.

2. Remote Support Sessions

If a customer authorizes a remote support session, our team may temporarily view information displayed on the customer’s device screen only to the extent necessary to provide technical support.

We do not record remote sessions unless we provide notice and obtain prior consent where required. We recommend that customers close unnecessary applications/documents and avoid sharing sensitive information not needed for support.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Provide technical configuration and support services.
  • Diagnose issues and perform troubleshooting.
  • Security, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
  • Customer support, ticket management, and case follow-up.
  • Legal/accounting compliance and defense of claims.

4. Payments (Stripe)

We use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. The Company may receive and retain limited payment-related information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, and purchased plan details as needed for support, administration, and compliance.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and as required by applicable law. In general:

  • Security/technical logs: up to 365 days
  • Support tickets and support records: up to 24 months
  • Payment information: primarily processed and retained by Stripe under its policies; the Company may retain limited transaction/support-related data as needed for legal and operational purposes

We may retain information longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, analytics, and (if enabled in the future) marketing features. If retargeting or behavioral advertising tools are implemented later, this Policy will be updated and, where required, consent/opt-out mechanisms will be provided.

7. External Links

Our Site and/or Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services not owned or controlled by the Company. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you access through our Services.

8. International Transfers

The Company may serve customers in the U.S., Canada, and other jurisdictions, including Europe/UK. Data may be processed in different countries by the Company and/or its service providers. Where required, lawful international transfer mechanisms will be implemented.

9. Privacy Rights

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children and are not intended for use by children under 13 (or under 16 where required by law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
