Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TravelRouter.io and the travel-router/connectivity configuration and support services provided by Infranetworks Enterprise, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

By using the Site or purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Neutral Technical Service

The Company provides technical configuration, support, and troubleshooting services for router/connectivity setups. The Company does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee third-party outcomes.

Internet performance depends on factors outside our control (including ISP, local network, device configuration, latency, and third-party services). We do not guarantee speed, uninterrupted availability, or universal compatibility.

2. No Anonymity / No Evasion / No Compatibility Guarantee

The Company provides a neutral technical service. We do not guarantee anonymity, do not offer or promote a restriction-evasion tool, and do not guarantee compatibility with employer systems, streaming platforms, banks, or other third-party services, because their policies and detection mechanisms may change at any time.

The customer is solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and with the terms/policies of their employer, ISP, platforms, and third parties.

3. Remote Access and Support

The Company may provide remote support using third-party tools (for example, TeamViewer, Zoom, AnyDesk, Google Meet, or similar tools) when the customer expressly authorizes a specific session.

Remote support is subject to a separate Remote Access Authorization accepted by the customer before the session. Third-party tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Plans, Payments, and Stripe

The Company currently offers primarily one-time payment services (one-time setup). In the future, subscription plans may be offered; if so, the specific terms (price, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation) will be disclosed in the checkout flow, plan description, or pricing page.

Payments are processed via Stripe. By making a payment, the customer authorizes the applicable charge through Stripe and acknowledges that Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policies.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

No refunds after the process has started. For purposes of this clause, the process is deemed to have started, among other cases, when any of the following occurs: (i) scheduling or taking a diagnostic/support call, (ii) initial technical review, (iii) beginning configuration or troubleshooting, or (iv) any technical work performed by the Company in connection with the customer’s request.

One-time services: non-refundable once the process has started, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Subscriptions (if offered in the future): cancellation stops future charges, but there is no refund for months already elapsed or for a billing period already started, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

To avoid the next subscription billing cycle charge (if applicable), cancellation must be requested at least thirty (30) days before the beginning of the next cycle.

6. Hardware and Recommended Links

The Company does not sell hardware and hardware is not included in the price of the Service unless expressly stated in writing. The Company may recommend equipment or share links to third-party hardware for informational purposes.

The Company does not guarantee availability, price, compatibility, or quality of products sold by third parties and is not responsible for purchases made by the customer from such third parties. At present, recommended links are not affiliate links unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
  • Do not use the Service for fraud, malware, unauthorized access, or other abusive activities.
  • Do not interfere with the operation of the Service or bypass security measures.
  • Do not resell or sublicense the Service without written authorization.

8. Personal Data and Technical Data

The collection and use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. The Company may process technical and support-related data necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Except for non-waivable consumer rights, any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), Buenos Aires, Argentina.

EEA/UK consumers. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory rights or legal protections you have under applicable consumer law.
